Did you know that land title searches at all land registries have been free since sometime mid this year?Yes,land title searches are now free at relevant land registries.
To do a search, get and fill two search forms from the land registry you want to do the search (these forms can normally be found at the photocopy area of the land registry)
Attach a copy of the title deed ( in its entirety/all pages), a copy of your identity card and a copy of your pin number.
Leave the documents at the relevant designated office at the land registry and collect them in a few hours or in a day or two depending on the efficiency of the registries’ staff.
