CS Murkomen Demands Firm Judiciary Action Against Political Violence As Recent Attacks Spark Concern

Hired goons blocked parts of the Southern Bypass in Nairobi lighting bonfires and disrupting traffic shortly before a rally addressed by former Deputy President Rigathi Gachagua.
In a separate attack Vihiga Senator Godfrey Osotsi was assaulted in broad daylight at a Kisumu restaurant on Wednesday. Osotsi termed the incident a politically motivated assassination attempt and pointed fingers at senior security officials. DCI detectives have since arrested three suspects in Kisumu Carlos Owiti alias Kalonje 24 Vincent Odhiambo alias Tinga 27 both from Nyalenda and Eric Otieno alias Dude 39 from Manyatta.
